The history of Liquid Resource Management began in 1977, with the founder Ian Cameron & Associates. Liquid Resource Management is a hospitality consulting company specialising in hotels, private clubs, pubs culminating in Giants Liquor with 180 retail outlets.
Chris Cameron, the current group business director follows on with the same passion. Chris has owned and managed over 35 entities. Mentored and managed 1000’s of staff, new business startups, repositions and turnarounds.
